At Whole Body Studio, we customize each client’s training regime around their individual needs and personal fitness goals. In our private studio environment, each client’s time is valuable and they can feel comfortable knowing their personal trainer is focused on them alone.

Our personal trainer will help you awaken your balance, stability, strength, speed, and power. You will learn to choose healthier foods, reduce your calorie intake, burn calories more efficiently, and increase your overall metabolism so you can efficiently take care of your physical body.

Whether your goal is to slim down, work off stress, increase your energy level, or just feel better about yourself, our personal trainer will give you a customized program for your body and lifestyle.


Small Group Personal Training is an alternative to One-on-One Training.  Whole Body Studio’s group personal training offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of the private rate.  Whether it be for fat loss, general conditioning, or elite level athletics, the added motivation of having others working out in the same room with you pushes you to a new effort level.  Train with friends, family or co-workers!  Start your own group or join an established group.  Small group personal training sessions are 1 hour in length.  Custom designed workouts are tailored specifically to each small group.  You will receive accountability, motivation, support, experience and expert guidance to reach your fitness goals at an economical rate.

One month sign-up is required.  Payment is due at the beginning of the month for the number of training sessions scheduled.

Our Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel or modify your appointment, please give 24 hours notice so that your appointment may be used by someone else.  If 24 hours notice is not given, or if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may be charged to ensure that our service providers are compensated for the time they reserve for your services.
