Personal Training Services
At Whole Body Studio we customize each clients training
regime around their individuals needs and personal fitness
goals. In our private studio environment each client’s time
is valuable and they can feel comfortable knowing their
personal trainer is focused on them alone. Our personal
trainer will help you awaken your balance, stability,
strength, speed and power. You will learn to choose
healthier foods, reduce your calorie intake, burn calories
more efficiently and increase your overall metabolism so
that you can efficiently take care of your physical body.
Whether your goal is to slim down, work off stress,
increase your energy level or just feel better about
yourself, our personal trainer will work to give you a
customized program for your body and lifestyle.

4 - One Hour Sessions $120 8 - One Hour Sessions $220 12 - One Hour Sessions $300 Group Personal Training Sessions (2 people max) Fitness Assessment/Consultation -$50/person
Packages may be purchased in $25/hour increments per person.
Our Cancellation Policy Kindly give us a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Otherwise your appointment fee will be charged.
