Pilates is a form of exercise that has a wide range of positive effects on your body. The Pilates technique itself is founded on a set of principles which aims to bring the whole body in balance, coordinating upper and lower musculature with the body's center.

The central element of Pilates is to create a fusion of mind and body so that without thinking about it, the body will move with grace and balance: using one’s body to the greatest advantage, making the most of its strengths, counteracting its weaknesses and correcting its imbalances. The goal is to produce an attention free of mind and body, requiring one to constantly pay attention to one’s body while doing movements.

All of our Pilates classes our taught in a non-competitive environment and designed to encourage the student to know and appreciate their own body. Our passionate and educated instructor will inspire you to bring your whole body in balance by coordinating the upper and lower musculature with the body’s center.
