Yoga

All of our yoga classes are taught in a non-competitive environment and designed to encourage the student to know and appreciate their own body. Our passionate and dedicated community of yoga instructors will inspire you to awaken your senses, focus your mind, and open your spirit.

Hatha Yoga
An integrative general class for all levels of students. This class is taught in a non-competitive environment. Using breath work and yoga postures, the goal of each class is to gently strengthen and increase flexibility in the body while exploring the connections between mind, body, and spirit. Each class will include reclined, seated, standing and kneeling asanas (poses). You will walk away from class with a relaxed, healthy body and sense of well being.

Prenatal Yoga
Honors the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy by preparing you for a healthy, mindful, and more natural approach to the challenges of labor and birth.

Mom and Baby Yoga (ages 0 to 2)
A gentle way to help your body recover from childbirth while bonding and having fun with your baby. Special attention is placed on rebuilding core strength and relieving tension in neck, shoulders, and back.

Preschool Yoga (ages 3 to 5)
Moms and preschoolers will enjoy exploring yoga through storytelling, music, movement, and creativity while learning a variety of yoga poses.

Kids Yoga (ages 6 to 14)
A fun environment for youngsters to release energy and express creativity. This class will help children improve coordination, posture, and balance while providing them with helpful tools to deal with their emotions. Yoga will help your child build confidence, focus, and improve cooperation skills.

Posing Together
Partner Yoga, a dynamic and varied series of yoga postures made for partners, works to connect two people by emphasizing trust within practice. Yoga partners support each other’s poses, act as assistants to partners, and work in tandem to create interdependent poses that require vulnerability and strength from both.
